Egyptian Prime Minister, Mostafa Madbouly, has issued a decree declaring a 4-day period of non-working public sector holidays in Egypt, from the day of Arafat until the third day of the Eid al-Adha, on account of the upcoming Eid al-Adha (Feast of Sacrifice) annual non-working public holidays of Egypt.

A related decision by the Central Bank of Egypt, on the dates when the banks of Egypt will close for the Eid Al-Adha annual non-working bank holidays (2017-01-07 and 2016-09-09), should soon follow.
