The Kuwaiti Civil Service Commission (CSC) has announced that the extent of the 2019 annual non-working public holidays in Kuwait for the upcoming annual Eid Al-Fitr (End of Ramadan) public holidays will be "Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, June 4th, 5th and 6th".
The aforementioned declaration of the 2019 annual non-working public holidays in Kuwait for the upcoming annual Eid Al-Fitr public holidays for 5 days ("Official working hours shall resume on Sunday, June 9. This will be applicable whether Tuesday is the last day of the Holy month of Ramadan or Whether Tuesday is the First day of Eid"), is in line with the length of the Eid Al-Fitr public holidays in Kuwait of most recent years (2018-06-10, 2016-06-23, 2015-07-09, 2013-07-28, 2012-08-13 and 2011-08-22), save one (2014-07-16 and 2014-07-08) when 9 consecutive days of non-working public holidays in Kuwait were declared for the 2014 annual Eid Al-Fitr (End of Ramadan) public holidays of Kuwait.
Recall that, normally, the 30th day of the month of Ramadan, in the years when there is a 30th day, is usually a government-only public holiday in Kuwait.
