The Association of Banks in Lebanon in conjunction with the Banque du Liban (Lebanon's Central Bank), has issued a communique announcing a banking holiday for tomorrow, Monday, October 21, 2019, "due to nationwide protests".
The aforementioned announcement of an additional non-working bank holiday in Lebanon on Monday, October 21, 2019, thus amend the list of Lebanon public holidays as announced by the Association of Banks in Lebanon, at the very beginning of this year (2019-01-01).
