Vanuatu's Prime Minister, Charlot Salwai, upon conferring with the speaker of parliament, has declared Monday, September 2, 2019, as a one-off non-working public holiday in Vanuatu, for the purpose of preparations for the "Efate rural Constituency by-election".
The aforementioned announcement of Monday, September 2, 2019, as a one-off non-working public holiday in Vanuatu, thus amends the list of non-working public holidays in Vanuatu in 2019, as previously-released earlier this year (2019-01-19).
