Gabon's ministre de la Fonction publique et du travail, Madeleine Edmée Berre, has released a communique declaring Sunday, May 24, 2020, as the date of the annual non-working public holiday for the Aïd el Fitr (End of Ramadan) in the Gabon, as per the terms of the "décret 00727/PR /MTEFP du 29 juin 1998 réglementant le régime des jours fériés en République Gabonaise".
The aforementioned communiqué officiel N°034 MEFPTFPDS/SG/DGTMOE/DTR, is in line with the list of official non-working public holidays in the Gabon for 2020, released earlier this year (2020-01-20).
