Mongolia Public Holidays June 1, 5 and 24

The Mongolian government has confirmed the 3 public holidays that will be observed in Mongolia in June 2020.

As per the list of 2020 public holiday in Mongolia, announced late last year (2020-01-07), June 1st, 2020, is to be a public holiday in Mongolia (2018-05-30, 2017-05-30, 2014-07-01 and 2016-05-23).

This will be followed by the recently-declared (2019-12-22 and 2019-10-23) Buddha Day (Vesak) annual public holiday, on June 5, 2020.

Finally, on June 24, 2020, there will be a public holiday in Mongolia, on account of the general elections being held on that date. The declaration of a public holiday on the date of elections is a regular occurrence in Mongolia (2017-06-27, 2011-12-20, 2012-12-23, 2012-06-26, 2016-10-05, 2012-11-16 and 2013-06-11).
