Earlier today, the Nepalese government cabinet of ministers has accepted the recommendation of Nepal's Coronavirus Control and Prevention High-level Committee, that the current Covid19 Nepalese public holidays be extended until May 7, 2020.
Last month (2020-03-22), Nepal's government had declared Covid19 public holidays, effective March 24, thus amending last year's (2019-03-15) gazetted list of official non-working public holidays in Nepal for the Nepalese year 2076 (April 2019-April 2020).
These Covid19 public holidays, were then extended until April 27, 2020 (2020-04-14), in Nepal, thus amending the gazetted (2020-03-31) list of official non-working public holidays in Nepal for the Nepalese year 2077 (April 2020-April 2021).
