The Sint Maarten Labour Department has released the official annual list of non-working public holidays in Sint Maarten for the calendar years 2021, based on the "National Ordinance regulating Work, Working Hours and Overtime” (Arbeidsregeling).
The aforementioned list of Sint Maarten public holiday dates in Sint Maarten for 2021 includes the, July 1st, Emancipation Day non-working public holiday whose declaration was unanimously approved legislation by the Parliament of Sint Maarten, 8 years ago (2012-06-06 and 2012-06-29), as well as the King's Birthday on April 27 (2013-01-30), and the recently added Constitution Day non-working public holiday in Sint Maarten (2015-11-01), as was the case in recent years (2019-01-26, 2019-01-11, 2016-12-22, 2015-11-01, 2014-10-24, 2013-09-27 and 2013-02-08).
