Spain 2021 Cantabria Public Holidays Gazetted

The Consejería de Economía y Hacienda del Gobierno de Cantabria has gazetted its previously-released annual list of 2021 annual non-working public holidays (calendario laboral) in Spain's Autonomous Region of Cantabria.

The aforementioned "Orden EPS/22/2020, de 12 de agosto, por la que se establece el calendario de fi estas laborales para el año 2021 en el ámbito de la Comunidad Autónoma de Cantabria (CVE-2020-5974, BOC 159 de 19 de agosto de 2020)" was established in line with the dispositions of the Real Decreto 2001/1983, as amended by the Real Decreto 1346/1989 and confirms the unofficial announcement of the 2021 regional public holidays in Spain's Autonomous Region of Cantabria, made earlier this month (2020-08-12).

In 2021, as was the case last year (2019-08-28), after a few years absence (2014-07-02, 2013-10-10, 2012-08-22 and 2011-08-12), the autonomy declared July 28 (Día de las Instituciones) as a public holiday, but in addition to Easter Monday, in 2021.
