The recently-announced annual list of 2021 non-working public holidays (calendario laboral) in the Ciudad Autónoma de Ceuta, as announced by the legislative assembly of Spain's autonomous region of Ceuta has been officially gazetted in the BOCCE No.6019 (Boletín Oficial de la Ciudad de Ceuta as the "Decreto de 13 de agosto de la Ciudad Autónoma de Ceuta, por el que se aprueba el calendario laboral de fiestas laborables para el año 2021.", BOCCE de 21 de agosto de 2020).

Earlier this summer (2020-07-29), the plenary session of Spain's autonomous region of Ceuta had announced a draft of the annual official list of 2021 non-working Ceuta public holidays.

The announced annual official list of non-working public holidays (calendario laboral) in the Ciudad Autónoma de Ceuta for 2021, once again contains a non-working public holiday on September 2, for the Día de Ceuta (2019-09-27, 2018-09-29, 2018-08-28, 2018-07-30, 2016-10-08, 2016-10-02, 2015-10-31, 2015-10-05), but does not add a second Muslim public holiday has had been proposed in the Ceuta assembly on many occasions (2020-07-14 and 2016-07-11).

As usual the decree clarifies the treatment of Ceuta public holidays falling on a Sunday ("Conforme al calendario laboral expuesto, en las fiestas coincidentes con domingo el descanso laboral se ha pasado al lunes inmediatamente posterior, y todo ello sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en la Ley 26/1992, de 10 de noviembre (BOE de 12 de noviembre).").
