The Chief Minister Treasury and Economic Development Directorate of Australia's Capital Territory (ACT) has posted an amended version of the list of ACT 2021 public holidays, due to ANZAC Day falling on a Sunday, in 2021.
The official non-working public holidays to be observed in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) of Australia, during the calendar year 2021, had initially been published by the ACT Chief Minister's Office, a couple of years ago (2018-12-07).
The aforementioned amended version of the 2021 ACT public holidays now includes a public holiday on April 25, 2021, with the mention that "An additional public holiday is declared for Sunday, 25 April 2021 under section 3(1)(b) of the Holidays Act 1951." and that "As 25 April (ANZAC Day) falls on a Sunday in 2021, the following Monday is observed as the public holiday.".
