The Chief Inspector and Special Commissioner of Labour of the Government of India's state of Andhra Pradesh has released the Procd.No.O/2907/2021 which declares Wednesday, March 10, 2021, as a public holiday on account of the local bodies' elections on that date ("declaration of paid holiday on the day of poll to all the employee and workers employed in shops and establishments situated in areas of urban local bodies under the Andhra Pradesh Shops and Establishments Act, 1988").
The aforementioned declaration of Wednesday, March 10, 2021, as a public holiday on account of the local bodies' elections, thus further amends (2021-01-31) the list of 2021 government holidays and public holidays in the state of Andhra Pradesh, as published in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette ("Holidays Under Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 For The Year 2021, G.O.Rt.No.1964, General Administration (Poll.B), 15th December, 2020."), late last year (2020-12-15), though, as mentioned at the time of that initial announcement, later amendments are always possible (2018-03-23 and 2017-11-30).
