Gabon's Ministère de l’Emploi, de la Fonction publique, du Travail et de la Formation professionnelle, chargé du Dialogue social has issued a communique declaring Tuesday, July 20, 2021, as the date of the annual non-working public holiday of the Tabaski (Feast of Sacrifice) in the Gabon.
The declaration of Tuesday, July 20, 2021, as the date of the annual Gabon public holiday for the Feast of Sacrifice, is in line with the list of official non-working public holidays in the Gabon for 2021, released earlier this year (2021-01-15), as well as "conformément aux dispositions du décret n°00727/PR/MTEFP du 29 juin 1998 réglementant le régime des jours fériés en République gabonaise et modifié en son article 2 par le décret n° 000484/PR/MTE du 26 mai 2004 " (2004-05-26 and 1998-06-29).
