The government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines has released another updated version of its previously-announced, and then amended, list of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines bank holidays and public holidays for the remainder of the calendar year 2021.

The initial list of public holidays for the calendar year 2021, which was released earlier this year (2021-01-11), was amended last month (2021-07-04) with the inclusion of the postponement of the CARICOM Day and Carnival Day public holidays, as announced informally, late the previous month (2021-06-28), by the Prime Minister of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Ralph Gonsalves.

However, that amended list of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines bank holidays and public holidays for the calendar year 2021, contained an error, when it stated that "these two holidays will be celebrated on the 5th and 6th of September", referring to the July 5-6 public holidays.

Today's update corrects this error and now correctly states that "These two holidays will be celebrated on the 6th and 7th of September".

Recall that Prime Minister Gonsalves also canceled the 2020 CARICOM Day and Carnival Day public holidays (2020-06-12 and 2020-05-14).
