Trinidad and Tobago 2022 Eid Public Holiday May 2nd

The Government of Trinidad and Tobago has issued a press release announcing that Monday, May 2, 2022, had been declared as a non-working public holiday in Trinidad and Tobago, on account of the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr (End of Ramadan) annual public holiday of Trinidad and Tobago.
As per the aforementioned announcement, made in accordance with section 3(1) of the Public Holidays and Festivals Act, Chapter 19:05, "Cabinet has today advised Her Excellency the President, that Monday May 2, 2022 be declared as the date of the public holiday in celebration of the festival of Eid-ul-Fitr.".
