• National Repentance and Dedication Day: This holiday, celebrated annually on April 8, was created in 2005, following the consecutive death in office of 2 Prime Ministers. However, this is not a public holiday (despite many online sources claiming so).
• Carnival Tuesday: Although Carnival Tuesday is listed in the 1990 revision of the Dominica Public Holidays Act, it seems to be only observed by banks. |
