Colombia's Public Holidays Architect Dies At 91

Raimundo Emiliani Román, the originator of the Ley Emiliani, the rule used in Colombia, and many other Latin American countries, to move public holidays that fall in the middle of the week, died in Bogotá, at the age of 91.
