Peru's Minister of Labour, Jorge Villasante, has clarified the status of the upcoming, November 20-22, 2008, APEC Summit public holiday; all public services will run in "Sunday-mode" on these 3 days.
Recall that a 3-day public holiday was declared (07-Feb-2008) for Lima and the neighboring province of Callao (where the Lima International Airport, and Peru's main harbour are) to coincide with last May's EU/Latin America/Caribbean Summit and the upcoming APEC Summit.
