The president of Bolivia's electoral commission (CNE), Antonio Costas, has announced that the census public holidays, mentioned as a possibility last month, would likely be in September 2009.
However, contrary to what was announced last month (11-May-2009), to the get the maximal impact, the CNE is now evaluating the possibility of declaring these public holidays nationwide (instead of region by region).
