The chamber of commerce of Chile's capital, the Cámara de Comercio de Santiago (CCS), has announced that most shops in the metropolitan area would remain closed on Saturday, September 19, 2009.
Usually, most shops are open in Chile, on the annual, September 19, Día de las Glorias del Ejército, public holiday.
