Earlier today, the Government of India's State of Haryana declared a one-off State public holiday for tomorrow, Monday, August 18, 2009, following the death of the State's Cabinet Minister, Kartar Devi.
An official spokesman added that the state mourning will be observed till Wednesday, August 18, 2009.
