India's Haryana State Government has announced a one-off regional public holiday on Friday, November 13, 2009, in Bahadurgarh, Kaithal on account of that date's Municipal Council elections.
Specifically, the Haryana Government has notified that November 13th would be observed as a public holiday in the offices, educational and other institutes of the State Government, Boards and corporations situated in the limits of Municipal Council, Bahadurgarh (Jhajjar) and ward number 27 of Municipal Council, Kaithal.
