Philippines' Energy Secretary, Angelo Reyes, has announced that the date of the upcoming legislative and presidential elections would be a non-working public holiday.
As per past occurrences (25-Apr-2007 and 06-May-2004), the upcoming Philippines legislative and presidential elections are expected in mid-May 2010.
