The Governor of Venezuela's State of Nueva Esparta, Morel Rodríguez Ávila, has declared a one-off state public holiday (día no laborable) on Friday, September 25, 2009.
This one-off public holiday is on the occasion of the upcoming , September 26 and 27, Cumbre América del Sur-África (ASA).
