The Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers has issued a decision, signed by Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, specifying the official list of 2011 public holidays in Azerbaijan.
As is usually the case (27-Nov-2009 and 14-Dec-2008) the aforementioned announcement does not specify day in lieu public holidays, which are usually declared in a later announcement (16-Feb-2010 and 29-Oct-2009) which is based on current labour law (30-Dec-2005).
