Niger's Ministère de la Fonction Publique et du Travail has announced that the upcoming Muharram (Islamic New Year) public holiday would be observed on Tuesday, December 7, 2010.
As usual (16-Feb-2010), the aforementioned communiqué, stems from one issued by the Secrétariat général du Ministère des Affaires Religieuses et de l'Action Humanitaire.
