Panama's President, Ricardo Martinelli, has signed the Decreto Ejecutivo No. 214, which declares the afternoon of Thursday, April 1st, 2010, as a one-off public sector holiday, beginning at noon.
For their part, on Thursday, April 1st, 2010, banks will be closed for the entire day as per custom on the occasion of Maundy Thursday.
