The government of Rwanda, ministry of labour, has announced that all employees will have a day off from work on Tuesday, August 10, 2010, as the country waits for preliminary results from today's presidential elections.
Recall that yesterday, Monday, August 9, 2010, the date of the upcoming presidential election, was declared a one-off non-working public holiday (08-Aug-2010).
