The Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers has approved the official list of 2012 public holidays in Azerbaijan.
As is usually the case (03-Dec-2010, 27-Nov-2009 and 14-Dec-2008) the aforementioned announcement does not specify day in lieu public holidays, which are usually declared in a later announcement (02-Jun-2011, 03-May-2011, 23-Feb-2011, 16-Feb-2010 and 29-Oct-2009), based on the current labour law of Azerbaijan as it relates to the list of official non-working public holidays (30-Dec-2005).
