The Deputy Governor's Office of the Cayman Islands has released a confirmed listing of 2012 public holidays in the Cayman Islands.
Contrary to what happened in past years (04-Jul-2010 and 20-Mar-2009), the aforementioned announcement does specify the official date of the Queen's Birthday public holiday in 2012.
Speaking on the matter, the Corporate Manager in the Deputy Governor’s office, Christine Wright, said that this was made possible as the 2012 Saturday officially observed in the UK for the Queen's Birthday, has now confirmed as 16 June.
