Haiti Declares August 4 Public Holiday

The Haitian Ministry of the Interior has declared tomorrow, Thursday, August 4, 2011, as a one-off non-working public holiday on account of the current tropical storm Emily.

The aforementioned announcement of a new public holiday was made in the context of the Article 110 (alinéas 1et 2) du Code du Travail de la République d'Haïti.
