The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government has gazetted the General Holidays and Employment Legislation (Substitution of Holidays) (Amendment) Bill 2011 which was recently-approved by the Hong Kong Legislative Council and which change change the day in lieu substituted when certain Hong Kong non-working public holidays fall on a Sunday.
As per the aforementioned "Ordinance No. 23 of 2011", the recently-approved "General Holidays and Employment Legislation (Substitution of Holidays)(Amendment) Bill 2011" (15-Dec-2011) which had been announced last year (15-Feb-2010), by Hong Kong's Chief Executive, Donald Tsang, and re-confirmed last month (10-Nov-2011).
