The Kuwaiti Ramadan Crescent Moon Sighting Committee has announced that the upcoming month of Ramadan would begin on Monday, August 1, 2011, in Kuwait.
The exact date and duration of the ensuing End of Ramadan public holidays are usually announced a few days beforehand (20-Aug-2010 and 16-Sep-2009).
