The government of Suriname has released an updated list of its expected public holidays dates for the calendar year 2011, which now lists Wednesday, August 31, 2011, as the date of the upcoming bank and public holiday on account of the upcoming Id-Ul-Fitr (End of Ramadan).
The original list of expected Suriname public holidays dates for the calendar year 2011, released at the beginning of this year (17-Jan-2011), listed Tuesday, August 30, 2011, as the expected date for the Id-Ul-Fitr (End of Ramadan) public holiday in Suriname.
