Afghanistan's ministry of labor and social affairs has declared tomorrow, Wednesday, September 19, 2012, as a one-off non-working public holiday throughout Afghanistan.
As per the aforementioned announcement, the declaration of Wednesday, September 19, 2012, as a one-off non-working public holiday throughout Afghanistan is to mark the first anniversary of professor Burhanudin Rabbani's death.
