India's Central Government's Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, has released the list of 2013 public holidays and restricted holidays to be observed in all the Administrative Offices of the Central Government of India.
Contrary to what happened for the last 4 years (03-Jul-2011, 27-Jun-2010, 13-Jun-2009, and 15-Jun-2008), the aforementioned list of 2013 public holidays and restricted holidays has a different date for the northern Indian Diwali as for the southern Indian Deepavali.
