The President’s deputy of international affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran has announced that 5 days of public holidays would be declared, next week, in Tehran to coincide with the upcoming NAM (Non-Aligned Movement) Summit being held in Tehran.
As per the aforementioned announcement, these 5 days would run from Tuesday, August 28, until Saturday, September 1, 2012, inclusively. Note that Fridays are the Iranian day of rest in any event.
