The government of Laos has released the official list of 2012 non-working public holidays in Laos.
Contrary to what happened last year (09-Apr-2011) but not in past years (10-Apr-2009 and 08-Apr-2008), the aforementioned announcement does extend the usual annual 3-day Pi Mai public holiday to compensate the fact that 2 of the 2012 dates of this public holiday fall on a weekend.
