The Executive Director of the Council for Non Governmental Organisation in Malawi, Voice Mhone, has called on the government of Malawi to declare a new annual non-working public holiday on July 20.
The aforementioned new annual non-working public holiday on July 20, would be to commemorate the people killed during the July 20, 2011, protests.
