Nigerian Public Holiday October 1st

The Minister of Interior of the Federal Government of Nigeria, Abba Moro, has announced that the Nigerian Government had declared Monday, October 1st, 2012, as a paid non-working public holiday throughout Nigeria on account of Nigeria's upcoming 52nd Independence anniversary.

The aforementioned declaration of Monday, October 1st, 2012, as a paid non-working public holiday throughout Nigeria was signed by the Ministry's Permanent Secretary, Daniel Nwaobia, in Abuja, yesterday.
