The Cabinet of St. Kitts and Nevis has announced that Monday, September 17, 2012, had been declared as a one-off non-working public holiday in St. Kitts and Nevis on account of the upcoming National Heroes Day.
The aforementioned announcement by Cabinet Secretary, Joseph Edmeade, points out that the declaration of Monday, September 17, 2012, as a non-working public holiday in St. Kitts and Nevis was due to the traditional date of September 16 for National Heroes Day falling on a Sunday in 2012.
