Saudi authorities have confirmed the extension of the annual Eid Al-Adha public sector holidays from 10 days to 16 days, as had been announced earlier this spring.

An initial list of 2012 public holidays in Saudi Arabia had been announced late last year (27-Oct-2011), and this was later amended (01-Mar-2012) by an announcement extending the 2012 Eid Al-Fitr public sector holidays from 10 to 12 days and the 2012 Eid Al-Adha public sector holidays from 10 days to 16 days.
