The Consejería de Industria, Innovación y Empleo of Spain's Autonomous Region of La Rioja has published the list of regional public holidays (calendario laboral) for the upcoming calendar year 2013 in La Rioja.
For 2013, the Autonomous Region of La Rioja has decided to switch the regional public holiday of March 19 (San José), which it observed 4 years in a row (11-Jun-2011, 28-Aug-2010, 13-Aug-2009 and 02-Aug-2008), for a June 10, day in lieu public holiday, as the traditional June 9 (Día de La Rioja) falls on a Sunday in 2013.
UPDATE: The aforementioned list of regional public holidays (calendario laboral) for the upcoming calendar year 2013 in La Rioja was gazetted in the "RESOLUCIÓN de 6 de agosto de 2012, de la Comunidad Autónoma de La Rioja, de la Secretaría General Técnica de la Consejería de Industria, Innovación y Empleo, por la que se dispone la publicación del Acuerdo de Gobierno por el que se aprueba el calendario de festivos laborales para el año 2013 en la Comunidad Autónoma de La Rioja.".
