Bolivian Public Holidays February 27-28

Bolivia's Minister of Labour has issued a communiqué announcing that Monday and Tuesday, February 27-28, 2017, would be observed as official non-working public holidays throughout Bolivia to on account of the upcoming Carnival.

As usual (06-Jan-2017, 26-Oct-2016, 02-Aug-2016, 25-May-2016, 14-Jan-2016, 15-Jan-2015, 21-Jan-2013, 18-Jan-2012, 05-Jan-2012 and 13-Jan-2011), the aforementioned communiqué specifies that the upcoming February 27-28, 2017, official non-working public holidays throughout Bolivia apply to all sectors of the economy ("recuerda a la población que este lunes 27 y martes 28 de febrero son feriados nacionales con suspensión de actividades").
