Pakistan Public Holiday May 1st

The Ministry of the Interior of the Federal Government of Pakistan has announced that Monday, May 1, 2017, would be the date of the upcoming annual non-working public holiday throughout Pakistan on account of the Labour Day non-working public holiday of Pakistan.

The aforementioned announcement that Monday, May 1, 2017, would be the date of the upcoming annual Labour Day non-working public holiday of Pakistan, was contained in the Ministry of Interior "Letter number F.No.2/4/-2017(Public)/Holidays", and is in line with the annual list of the expected dates for non-working public holidays and optional holidays for the calendar year 2017 in Pakistan, and was released by the Ministry of the Interior of the Federal Government of Pakistan, late last year (25-Dec-2016).
