(Posted on Wednesday, May 10, 2017)

The Government of Papua New Guinea, Michael Ogio, has announced that Tuesday, June 27, 2017, would be declared as a one-off non-working public holiday in Papua New Guinea on account of the upcoming general elections.

The aforementioned announcement that Tuesday, June 27, 2017, would be declared as a one-off non-working public holiday in Papua New Guinea on account of the upcoming general elections, thus amends and extends the list of official 2017 public holidays in Papua New Guinea, as announced last autumn (27-Sep-2016).
