Muslim Holidays: There are multiple spellings for the 2 Muslim Eids that are official public holidays in Uzbekistan. Apart from the 2 variations already listed, one also finds: Ramadan Khait (End of Ramadan) and Kurban Khait (Feast of Sacrifice).
Day of Remembrance and Honors (May 9) was formerly called Victory Day.
