The preamble to the decree states that the aim of the decree is to codify and regroup into one annual decree all the one-off decrees of 2003-2005 (such as 2005-08-26).

The dates listed in Decreto Supremo Nº 015-2006-PCM are: Friday June 30, Thursday July 27, and Monday October 9, 2006.

For the sake of completeness, to these 3 dates, must be added, the date of January 2, 2006, which was declared an official public sector holiday, separately, by Decreto Supremo Nº 100-2005-PCM, of December 28, 2005 (2005-12-29).
