Namibia Could Declare November 27 Public Holiday

Namibia's Deputy Director for Elections Operations, Theo Mujoro, has announced that it is the prerogative of the Office of the Prime Minister to declare Friday, November 27, 2009, a public holiday.

This would correspond to the 1st day of the upcoming elections.
