Although not a public holiday (there is a bill in the Senate), November 20 will be marked by the Brazilian National Day of Black Self-Awareness with parades and marches in 225 of the country's 5561 cities and municipalities, including Sao Paulo and Río de Janeiro.
According to Reuters ((http://tinyurl.com/wco5v)), financial markets will be closed in Sao Paulo and Río de Janeiro on that day.
